By enrolling in A Star's Purpose: Creator Academy, any 1:1 creator coaching, or any bundle that includes Creator Academy (the “Program”), you are agreeing to the terms below.

Nature of the Program

The Program is an educational program for content creators. It may include:

• Video lessons, workbooks, and templates about social media strategy, personal branding, content creation, and brand deals
• Group or 1:1 calls, messaging support, and feedback
• General guidance on content ideas, growth strategies, and brand monetization

This Program is education and information only. It is not business, legal, financial, or mental health advice.

No Professional Advice

You understand and agree that:

• A Star's Purpose and its owner/coach are not attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, or licensed mental health professionals.
• Nothing in the Program is a substitute for professional advice from a qualified lawyer, accountant, financial planner, or therapist.
• You are responsible for consulting with appropriate professionals regarding contracts, taxes, legal agreements, or any financial decisions.

Any examples of results, brand deals, income, followers, or engagement are illustrative only, not guarantees.

You understand that:

  • Gain a specific number of followers or views
  • Secure brand deals or sponsorships
  • Earn a certain amount of income
  • Achieve any particular career, business, or personal outcome
• Your results depend on many factors, including your niche, content, consistency, effort, timing, and market conditions—many of which are outside of our control.
• Any testimonials or examples are not typical and are not promises that you will experience the same results.

Your Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

• The content you choose to create and post
• The brands you choose to work with
• The contracts you sign and the rates you agree to
• How you implement or do not implement strategies taught in the Program

You agree to use your own judgment and to seek professional advice when necessary.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content and coaching, all sales are final.

Once you purchase the Program and/or gain access to any materials or coaching, no refunds will be provided, except where required by law.

Intellectual Property & Personal Use Only

All Program materials, including videos, PDFs, templates, worksheets, email scripts, and any other resources, are owned by A Star's Purpose and are protected by copyright.

You agree that you will:

• Use the materials for your own personal and business development only
• Not share, sell, publish, distribute, or reproduce Program content
• Not use the materials to create your own course, program, or coaching offer that is substantially based on or copies this content

You may use templates and scripts to pitch brands and grow your own business, but you may not resell or redistribute the original materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that:

• A Star's Purpose and its owner, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Program or any decisions you make based on it.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Business or income losses
• Missed opportunities
• Legal or contractual issues with brands or partners
• Reputational harm related to your content or online presence

You agree that your sole remedy, if any, is to stop using the Program.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Program shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Tennessee, USA, unless otherwise required by law.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing and participating in A Star's Purpose Creator Academy, creator coaching, or any related educational product, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Disclaimer
• You are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian if required by your local laws
• You understand that this is education, not a guarantee of results or income
• You agree to release A Star's Purpose and its owner/coach from liability as described above
